Jennifer Kass is a writer and mentor. After working with hundreds of people one-on-one over the past six years, Jennifer created an iPhone app called #lovepioneer and a podcast where she guides and teaches people on living, leading and loving with transparency, bravery and emotional honesty. Jennifer currently lives in New York City and is writing her first book.

What was your pivot point?

A rockbottom breakup set me on my path back to learning how to love myself.

What's your advice for someone going through their own transformation?

Healing is an inside job. Be brave enough to feel your feelings. It leads you closer to true love inside of you and in your life. Seek within and the world outside of you will come alive.

Where is your soul spot?

My soul spot is the ocean. My mother drove across the country to have me near the water because she felt that's where I wanted to be born; she walked the beach with her midwife the morning she was in labor. God lives in nature; it's where love lives.

If you could do anything in the world, what would you do next?

I'm writing my first book. It's about my journey and the profound healing of love and beauty of being human.
